Desert Pearl Project
Desert Pearl is envisioned to be a first-of-its-kind real estate development driven by tokenization technology, which stands at the intersection of high-end living and state-of-the-art technology.
It is envisaged that Desert Pearl will feature two luxury hotels, luxury apartments, a high-end commercial cluster and a luxury retail precinct in addition to a boulevard and private marina.
Infinity Project
Infinity is planned to be a combination of fashion, of culture, of high design, and automotive design. The DDX Global and its' partners' vision is to create something beyond fashion, beyond luxury. Infinity aims to be a precinct which celebrates high design.

Introducing Solace, a 120m mega-yacht that has been designed to create a sanctuary that lends itself to the ultimate feeling of privacy. Connecting land and sea with a unique style and state of the art luxury that creates moments which will never be forgotten.

Key information for OTM Zone members
In March 2025, we began migrating the Desert Pearl Token ("DPT") to Otium ("OTM") token through a third-party provider. As part of our ongoing commitment to regulatory compliance, all community members were required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks via our approved third-party service.
We've implemented an innovative solution using a "digital safe"—an NFT (technically, a smart contract)—that securely stores your tokens, similar to how a safe protects valuable items. You control access to your safe through your private keys.
Tokens are locked for six months from the migration date. After this period, tokens will gradually unlock on a daily basis over the following 36 months. Once unlocked, you are free to transfer tokens out of your preferred wallet at any time.
To date, we have successfully issued over 15 million OTM tokens. For support, we have set up our Help desk app, newsletter subscription, and an official Telegram channel and this site to keep you informed and assist with any questions or concerns.

What is the Otium (OTM) utility token?
The Otium (OTM) utility token is the "gateway utility token" to access all the future projects including Desert Pearl, Infinity, Solace and other client projects. It provides wider benefits and access beyond individual projects.
What does the migration mean?
As announced in December 2023, current DPT token holders will need to migrate to the new compliant Otium (OTM) token. This process started in Q1 2025 and is largely finished now. If you have any outstanding issues, please raise a ticket via our Helpdesk.
How does the migration process work?
The main migration activity via the Nomo app is now largely over. You can continue for now, but looking at daily migration volumes we can see that most members have migrated. We will stop this service in the near future and provide adhoc support as needed via our Helpdesk.
What is a digital safe?
A digital safe is an NFT (smart contract) that controls some tokens, similar to a vault storing gold or jewellery. When you open the digital safe with your private keys, you gain access to the tokens inside. The OTM tokens will be transferred to you in a digital safe NFT, locked for 6 months from the migration date and then unlock daily over a 36-month period.
What is the current status of Desert Pearl?
Desert Pearl is part of our suite of planned luxury developments. The project remains active within our ecosystem and updates will be communicated through official channels. We are tracking the status of the tokenization market in Dubai closely, particularly the launch of their tokenized real estate pilot projects in Q2-2025.
When will the token be listed?
We are planning that token holders will be able to use the largest NFT marketplace (OpenSea) to sell both the OTM token and the OTM Digital Safe NFT in the near future.
Using a marketplace like OpenSea means that the price is set by you as the seller agreeing with the buyer, rather than having anonymous traders manipulate the price up or down. When this is ready, we'll share details of how you can do this via the website, messenger apps or via email.
